DEPOSIT

A 50% non - refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. No booking is confirmed unless the deposit has been paid and the quote is valid for 48 hours. If no deposit is paid within the 48 hours, the date required will be released.  For Orders less than €50.00 full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment can be made by Revolut or credit/debit card. Balance is due 7 days prior to collection/delivery. For any enquiries made within 7 days of required order, full prepayment is required. If the balance is not paid when due, your order may not be ready at the agreed date/time. 

 

CANCELLATIONS/AMENDMENTS

Deposits are non refundable, this is due to loss of earnings from turning other bookings away and for personalised items made or ordered upon booking. If cancelled or amended more than 7 days prior to order date, 50% of the deposit can be credited towards a future order minus the cost of personalised items/decor. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to order date, no credit/refund will be issued. 

 

ALLERGENS

We do not offer allergen free cakes. All products may contain or come into contact with Eggs, Soy, Wheat, Dairy, Nuts and other allergens. it is the customer's obligation to declare any allergens when booking. 

 

COLLECTION / DELIVERY

Collection times are by appointment only and will be confirmed at the time of booking. You will receive email reminder approximately 48 hours prior to collection to confirm your collection appointment. Orders not picked up at your confirmed appointment time may need to be rescheduled to avoid knock on delays.  Delivery is available within the Naas area only at an additional cost. It is strictly subject to availability. Whilst I offer Wedding cakes, I do not currently offer set up, they are available for collection or delivery drop off only.

 

NON EDIBLE CAKE DECOR

Depending on your order requirements, there may be elements of your cake décor that are non-edible including but not limited to Cardstock/Acrylic toppers, faux florals, toy figures and candles. All décor is secured to the cake using a combination of food grade items including bamboo skewers and or edible glue. In certain instances, cakes may have additional supports inside the cake such as bamboo or food grade plastic dowels. You the customer, assume full responsibility for the removal of all non-edible cake decorations and supports, such as skewers and dowels, before consumption.

 

MISCELLANEOUS 

• Menu prices listed are base prices for a single colour Vanilla Buttercream cake with buttercream borders, a generic Happy Birthday topper and sprinkles. Custom/personalisation will be quoted based on final design requirements.

• Pictures/Photos of a product produced by any other cake maker, can only be reproduced as our interpretation of the design including colours. We do not replicate cake designs. 

• All cakes are chilled prior to collection for secure transport. Cakes must be kept refrigerated up until 2 - 3 hours before serving and are to be served at room temperature. Cakes must be transported in an air-conditioned vehicle and placed on a flat surface away from any loose objects. (Footwell is recommended). Any damage to the cake after it has been collected/delivered is the responsibility of the customer / person collecting. SugarBliss by Sarah cannot be held responsible after the cake or product has been delivered or collected. Cakes are extremely fragile and we advise driving carefully due to the delicate structure of the cake.
